CONSTRUCTIVE CONCEPTS LLP

We are located over in Khanpur at B 84, specifically on the second floor in Jawahar Park. It is a bit of a crowded area but we like it here. Constructive Concepts LLP is basically us trying to figure out the best way to get building projects finished without too many headaches. It isn't always easy. Some mornings start way too early with phone calls about sand deliveries or someone didn't show up to the site. We spend a lot of time looking at drawings and then going out to see if the actual building looks anything like the paper. Mostly, it’s just hard work. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us in the office and the guys out in the field. If you’ve been through this part of South Delhi, you know the traffic can be a nightmare, so we try to plan our site visits around that. We deal with all sorts of small and medium construction bits. It’s practical work. We’ve had some long days where nothing goes right, but then you finish a section and it feels okay. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way. It’s a local business, nothing fancy about it. We just want to make sure the jobs get done properly so we can move on to the next one. That is just how we operate in this industry.
