We are based in the B 540 MIG Flats over in Chitrakut Colony. It’s right on Loni Road in the Mandoli area of Shahdara. If you know North East Delhi, you know how busy the roads get around here. Our office is inside the residential block, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a commercial building. We handle contracting and enterprise work from here. Usually, there’s a stack of invoices on the table and a few helmets in the corner. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers over in the Mandoli industrial area. The traffic on Loni Road can be a real headache, especially in the evenings. We often end up staying late just to avoid the rush. Our team is small, just a few of us who have worked together for years. We don't have a receptionist or fancy coffee machines. We just make our own tea in the small kitchen area. Sometimes the neighbors pop in to say hello or ask about some construction advice. We try to keep things simple and avoid overcomplicating the projects. Most of the time, we are out at the sites, so the office is just a place to store files and recharge. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re too busy with other people’s buildings to worry about our own. It’s just how it goes when you’re in the construction business in a place like this.
