Down here in Bahadurgarh, things move at their own pace. We are based out of H. No. 2129 in Pritam Colony, right off the Badli Road. Being in the NCR region means we get a lot of dust from the construction around Jhajjar, but that’s just life in Haryana. Comvision has been in this spot for a bit. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s pretty quiet except when the school nearby lets out. Our office is basically a converted house. It’s comfortable, though the wiring in the back room is a bit of a mess with all the servers we have running. We spend a lot of time on calls or staring at screens. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in. It’s not a shiny glass building like you see in Gurgaon, but we like it here. We handle a lot of technical vision systems and software work. People from the colony sometimes drop by just to say hello or ask for help with a phone. We try to be helpful. The team is small, just a bunch of guys who know their way around a motherboard. We don't have a HR department or anything like that. If there's a problem, we just talk it out over lunch. It’s a simple way to run things. We’re just local people trying to make a living doing what we know, without making a big fuss about it.
