Composite Estates Llp

If you ever find yourself on Barakhamba Road, you might see the Kanchenjunga Building. We are located right there on the third floor in suite 307. Composite Estates Llp is the name on the door, and inside you’ll find a few of us working away on various real estate projects. Central Delhi is a fast-paced place, and being in one of the older, well-known buildings gives us a good view of how the city has changed over the years. The office is a bit old-fashioned, with heavy desks and windows that look out over the busy street below. We spend most of our time dealing with estate documents and talking to clients who want to know more about the local market. We aren't into the whole slick, corporate style. We prefer to keep things simple and just talk to people like they are our neighbors. Barakhamba Road is always full of cars and people in suits, but our office feels a bit more grounded than that. We handle the daily tasks of estate management, which means a lot of phone calls and sorting through old files. Sometimes the elevator in the building takes a long time, so we’ve learned to be patient. We just focus on getting our work done right and making sure the people we work with are satisfied. Every evening we lock up and head out into the noise of the city, ready to do it all over again the next day.
