We operate out of rooms 208 and 209 in the Aggarwal Prestige Mall, located in the Rani Bagh area of Pitampura. It’s a typical mall setting, but we aren't a retail shop. Our space is dedicated to printing technology, so instead of clothes or food, we have rows of specialized printers and computer setups. Rani Bagh is a very crowded neighborhood, so finding parking can be a bit of a nightmare some days. Once you get inside the mall and up to the second floor, it’s a lot calmer. We spend our days troubleshooting print issues and working on the technical side of things. It’s not a very big office, but we make the most of the square footage we have. We have stacks of paper and ink cartridges everywhere, and the air always has that slight smell of warm electronics and toner. Our team is small, mostly just a few technicians and some folks to handle the orders. We don't bother with a formal dress code or anything like that. Most of the time, we’re just in jeans and shirts, focused on whatever machine is giving us trouble that day. It’s a decent place to work, and being in a mall means there’s always a place to grab a quick bite during lunch. We’ve been here for a while and we’ve become a regular part of the building’s daily life.
