Our place is Commax It Services (Opc) Private Limited. We are situated at PNo E-5, on the first floor. It used to be called number 133, which confuses people sometimes. We are on Western Marg, Lane No 1 in Saidulajab. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot in New Delhi, but it’s easy to find once you know where the lane is. The office is simple. We have the first floor and it’s basically just one big space with some partitions. We do IT services. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and coding. Being an OPC means it’s a small operation, mostly me and a couple of helpers. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If the phone rings, one of us just picks it up. Saidulajab has a lot of small businesses like ours. It feels like a community. The building is older, but it’s sturdy. We have a small balcony where we keep some plants, though they don't always survive the Delhi heat. We work long hours, mostly because there’s always something that needs fixing. It’s a basic office for people who just want to get their work finished. We aren't trying to be the biggest company, just a reliable one for our clients. That’s how we’ve always seen it. Sometimes we stay over the weekend if a big job comes in. It's just how we operate. We grab some food from the shops downstairs and keep going until the work is done.
