We are located at 35 Saraswati Soni Marg, right in the Lakshman Chowk area of Dehradun. It’s a nice enough place to be, and the weather here in Uttaranchal is usually better than the plains. At Cognizant Technology Solutions, we mostly handle tech support and software tasks from this office. The building is an older one, so it has a bit of character that you don't see in those modern glass towers. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just part of living in this area. We have a small group of people working here, and we all know each other’s names. It isn't a high-pressure environment every single day, but we do get busy when projects pile up. Lakshman Chowk is a familiar landmark for anyone living in 248 001. We usually walk to the main road if we need to get something for lunch. Our desks are a bit cluttered with papers and cables, but that’s just how we work. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look perfect for visitors. We are more focused on getting the code right or finishing the reports on time. It is a decent place to spend the day. We’ve been part of the Dehradun community for a while, just quietly doing our thing on Saraswati Soni Marg without any big announcements or fanfare.
