Our office for Cms Group India is located at Plot No-847/1 on the Vasant Kunj Road in Mahipalpur. It’s an area that’s always moving, with a lot of dust from the road and the sound of planes taking off from the airport nearby. We’ve been here for a while and the location is quite convenient for us. The building isn't much to look at from the outside, but it works for our needs. Inside, we have some old metal filing cabinets and desks that have seen better days. We don't really care much for the corporate look. We’re more focused on the daily operations and making sure our staff is doing their jobs correctly. We manage a lot of different security and logistical tasks from this spot. It’s often loud because of the heavy trucks passing by on Vasant Kunj Road, but we’ve learned to talk over the noise. We have a small pantry where we make tea several times a day for the staff and anyone who drops by. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that gets the work done without a lot of fuss. Managing people is never easy, but we try to be fair and keep things organized. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment here. We just deal with the paperwork and the people as they come through the door every morning to start the day.
