If you head over to Sant Nagar in Pathankot, you will find us at House No. 762. Cms Computers Ltd started here because it is home. We are not trying to be the biggest tech company in Punjab, just the one people can actually talk to. The space is a bit cramped sometimes with all the monitors and towers piled up, but we know where everything is. It is a local operation, through and through. We see the same faces every week, people stopping by to ask a question or get something looked at. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but that is just life here. We do not put on airs or wear suits. Usually, it is just jeans and old t-shirts while we are elbow-deep in a computer case. Being in Sant Nagar means we are part of the neighborhood fabric. We hear the kids playing outside and the traffic passing by while we work. It is a practical way to earn a living. We do not have a big mission statement or anything. We just fix things and try to keep the machines running for everyone around us. Some days are slow, some are frantic, but we are always here at the same spot.
