Our shop, Cms Computer Ltd, is tucked away at 358 A in Dilshad Garedan Poket J&K. This part of Delhi -95 is where we do all our work. It’s a small space, mostly filled with monitors, towers, and tangled cables. We spend the whole day fixing hardware and trying to figure out why a machine won't boot up. It can get a bit stuffy with all the computers running, so we keep the door open when the weather is nice. We aren't a big tech firm with glass walls. It’s just a regular local shop where people bring their laptops when they break. We have a few desks pushed together and a shelf full of spare parts that we’ve collected over the years. Dilshad Garedan is a nice neighborhood, and we’ve become a regular part of the scenery here. Sometimes a customer comes in frustrated because they lost their work, and we do our best to help them out without any fuss. It’s a lot of sitting and clicking, but we get to talk to a lot of different people every day. We usually grab lunch from the local market nearby. Life here is pretty consistent. We open up early, check the repair queue, and get to work. It’s just us doing our daily work in our little corner of the city. There’s always another screen to fix or a hard drive that needs looking at before we head home.
