Chhaya Technologies

My brother and I opened Chhaya Technologies because we noticed how hard it was for folks around Naraina B 2 Main Road A 17 to get their electronics looked at without traveling a long way. We've been at this spot for a while now. Most days it’s just us sitting behind the counter dealing with whatever walks through the door. Usually, it's phones with cracked screens or laptops that won't turn on anymore. We don't have a big fancy storefront or anything like that. It's just a regular shop where you can find us from morning until late evening. Sometimes the shop gets a bit messy with parts lying around, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy working on three things at once. We know most of the neighbors by their first names. They drop by even when they don't need anything fixed, just to say hello or ask about the weather. We try to keep things straightforward here. If something can be fixed, we say so. If it’s better to just get a new one, we’ll tell you that too instead of wasting your money. There’s no big corporate office behind us, just a couple of guys who know their way around a circuit board. People find us easily because we're right on the main road. It gets noisy with the traffic outside, but we’re used to it by now. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every single day.
