Chhabra Associates

We have been operating Chhabra Associates out of this space at Plot No.B-36/B in Kalkaji for a good while now. It is a busy spot, mostly because of where we are located. Most mornings start with unlocking the front door and getting the desk cleared off from the day before. The neighborhood is always active, with people walking by and cars trying to find parking on the narrow streets. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a practical office where we sit and get the work done. Usually, the fan is humming and there is a stack of files that never seems to get smaller. People come in mostly because they saw the name on the board or someone told them to stop by. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just talking to folks who walk in with questions about the area. Kalkaji is a place where everyone knows someone, so word gets around. Our office isn't very large, but it fits what we need. Sometimes the tea guy comes by twice a day, and that is when we take a small break. It is mostly just us handling the daily tasks and making sure we don't lose track of the paperwork. We prefer keeping things simple and straightforward without making a big fuss about it. If you are around Plot No.B-36/B, you will likely see us there working through the afternoon heat.
