Chandra Properties

We are Chandra Properties, based out of 4279, B5 & 6 in Vasant Kunj. It's a busy part of the city, but we like it here. Our space is just a regular office where we handle all kinds of local property matters. Vasant Kunj has a lot of different blocks, and we've spent plenty of time walking through them over the years. We aren't a big firm with lots of staff and secretaries. It’s just us doing the daily grind and keeping things moving. We look at houses, talk to landlords, and try to get things sorted for people. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do. Our desks are usually covered in local maps and handwritten lists. We don't have a flashy website or any of that. People usually find us by word of mouth or by just seeing our sign at B5 & 6. It’s a practical way to work and it has served us well. We know which buildings are good and which ones have issues with plumbing or parking. That's just part of being in the neighborhood for a long time. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in the city. We just want to get through the day and help a few people find what they need. Some days are long, especially when traffic is bad around this part of Vasant Kunj. But being here is good for business. We've seen a lot of people come and go from this office.
