Chakhna Healthy Food Llp is a small business we run out of 51 B Friends Colony East. We wanted to make snacks that people could enjoy without feeling bad about it later. In Delhi, everyone loves to eat, but it’s usually oily or heavy. We decided to try something else. Being in Friends Colony East is nice because it’s a calm area. Our setup is quite basic. We don’t have fancy machinery or a huge staff. It’s just a handful of us making sure everything is prepared right. We spend a lot of time sourcing the right ingredients. It’s not always easy to find good quality stuff at a price that works. We do a lot of the packaging and labeling by hand. You might find a label slightly crooked once in a while, but that’s because a real person put it there. We aren't looking to be the biggest company in India. We just want to make sure the people who buy our food are satisfied. We don't use big advertisements. Most of our customers are people from the neighborhood or friends of friends. It’s a slow way to grow a business, but it feels more real. We enjoy the process of seeing an order go out. It's hard work and the days are long, but we like being our own bosses. It’s a simple operation at 51 B, and we're proud of what we have managed to build so far.
