Ch Satbir Mehlawat Estates Private Limited

Our office for Ch Satbir Mehlawat Estates is located in Kishan Garh which is tucked away near Vasant Kunj. We are at number 70/9. If you know Kishan Garh you know the streets are a bit narrow and always full of life. We have a small office here where we handle estate matters and talk to local people about land and houses. It is a very grounded place to work. We don't have fancy furniture or anything like that. Just some sturdy tables and chairs and a few cupboards for our records. The area is a mix of old village vibes and the newer developments of South Delhi. We have been here for a good amount of time so most of the locals know our name. It gets quite busy in the afternoons with people stopping by to ask questions. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background. It is a simple operation and we like it that way. No one wears suits here unless there is a very big meeting. Usually it is just us in our regular clothes trying to get the paperwork finished before the sun goes down. The neighborhood is loud and sometimes the cows walk right past the door but that is just how it is in Kishan Garh. We are just a local estate business doing our thing in this corner of the city.
