Cenet Buildwell Private Limited is located at A-235 in Okhla Phase-I. We are right near the police station, which is the best landmark to use if you are trying to find us. Okhla is a massive industrial area, so there are always trucks moving and the sound of machinery in the distance. It is a gritty, busy place to work. Our building is a standard industrial unit and our office inside is just as basic. We have a few desks, plenty of chairs for when the site foremen come in, and shelves filled with project folders. It is a very practical space. We don't have any fancy art on the walls or expensive carpets. Everything here is meant for work. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at spreadsheets to make sure our builds are on time. Being in an industrial zone means it can get a bit dusty and loud, but that is part of the job. We have a small area where we make tea, and that’s about the only luxury we have. We aren't trying to be a big corporate firm. We are just a local company doing construction work. Our staff is small and we all know each other well. It is an honest, straightforward place to work. We just do our best to stay organized and keep the projects moving along every day.
