Catla Properties Private Limited is located at 26 Feroz Shah Road in Unit-A. This is right in the middle of New Delhi, so we are close to everything. Our office is in an older building that has a bit of character to it. It’s not one of those new glass towers. We handle property management and development from this unit. Unit-A is just a few rooms where we have our desks and some chairs for visitors. We don't have a big reception area or a lot of fancy decorations on the walls. It’s just a working office. Being on Feroz Shah Road is convenient, though the traffic can be really slow during rush hour. We are a small team at Catla Properties Private Limited. We spend our days looking at property listings, talking to clients, and dealing with the legal side of things. There’s always a lot of tea and coffee going around our desks. We don't have a corporate mission or any of that marketing speak. We just try to do our business honestly from this central location. It’s a busy part of the city, but we like being where the action is. The office at 26 Feroz Shah Road is just a simple place for us to gather and get the daily work done. It suits us fine and we’ve been here for a good while now. We just do our thing.
