Candy Fashions

Baghdola village is an interesting place to have a shop. We are right here in Sector 8 Dwarka, not far from the Krishna Mandir. You can usually hear the bells from the temple if the traffic isn't too loud. Candy Fashions is tucked away at BG 547. It's a bit of a walk from the main road but people find us. The shop isn't very big, but we cram a lot of stuff in there. We spend a lot of time just moving boxes around. Some days are slow and we just drink tea and watch the street. Other days, like before festivals, it’s a bit of a madhouse. Delhi weather keeps us on our toes. Either it's too dusty or it's raining too hard. We have some regular customers who have been coming since we opened. They know where everything is better than I do sometimes. We mostly deal with everyday clothes that people around here need. Nothing too fancy. I usually get here early to sweep the front and make sure things look okay. The neighbors are nice, mostly families living in the village area. It’s a tight-knit spot. We don't really do much advertising. People just see the sign and walk in. It works out okay for us. We're just trying to keep the shelves full and the lights on for everyone who visits.
