Cafe Coffee Day

This particular branch of Cafe Coffee Day is run out of House No.697/11 in Kotla, Bhola Nagar. We are located on the 2nd floor. It is a bit of a different setup than the big cafes you see on the main roads. This is more of a local office and operation point for us in New Delhi. The neighborhood of Bhola Nagar is very lived-in and has a tight-knit feel. Working from the second floor gives us a little bit of distance from the street level, but we can still hear everything going on. We do not spend money on fancy interior designers for this space. It is a practical office where the administrative side of things gets handled. We have our coffee machines and our desks, and that is pretty much it. There is a lot of coming and going in Kotla, so it never feels lonely. We are not trying to sell you anything with this description; we just wanted to say where we are. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow, but you get used to them after a few trips. It is a humble spot for such a well-known name. We like it here because it feels authentic. Most of the people working here are from around this part of town. We just get on with the daily chores of the business. It is a straightforward life at 697/11. No corporate gloss, just the real work.
