Cafe Coffee Day

This Cafe Coffee Day is located at N-11 in Connaught Place, right in the heart of New Delhi. We are part of the Amalgamated Bean Coffee Trading Company. Being in CP means it is never quiet. We have people coming in all day, from students with their laptops to tourists who are lost. The smell of coffee is everywhere in the shop, which is nice. We spend our shifts making drinks, cleaning tables, and making sure the beans are ready. It can get very crowded on the weekends, and sometimes it’s hard to hear the orders over the noise of the crowd outside. The building is one of those old ones that CP is famous for, with the big white pillars. Inside, it’s just a regular cafe setup. We have the counter, the stools, and the booths where people sit for hours. We see all kinds of things happening here, from business meetings to first dates. It’s a lot of work to keep up with the rush, but we have a good rhythm going. Sometimes the milk delivery is late or the grinder acts up, but we just deal with it. We aren't trying to be a fancy five-star place, just a spot where you can get a cup of coffee and sit for a bit. It’s a busy life in this part of Delhi, and we are just right in the middle of it all, serving coffee every day.
