Cafe Coffee Day

Our cafe is located at A-45 in the Mahipalpur Extension, specifically on Lane No. 1. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, especially with people heading toward the airport. We make a lot of coffee, obviously, and we have some snacks too. The place can get a bit crowded during the afternoons when people are looking for a break. We have some tables and chairs, and the smell of ground beans is always in the air. The staff here are just regular people who know how to work the espresso machine. It gets a bit hot in the kitchen area during the summer, but we keep the fans going. We don't have a big corporate team here; it’s just us behind the counter. Sometimes we run out of a certain type of milk or the sandwich delivery is late, but we make do with what we have. It’s a spot where people come to sit for an hour or just grab something to go. We spend a lot of time cleaning up crumbs and wiping down the counters. The floor is a bit worn from all the feet walking in and out. It’s not a fancy lounge, just a local coffee shop where you can get a decent cup. We are usually open late because of the travelers in the area. It’s just a simple routine every day, opening up the shutters and turning on the lights. We keep the water boiling and wait for the first customer.
