The office for C I Ifotech Pvt Ltd is inside Flat No. 102, in A-20 Est. I, Shali Garde. It’s a straightforward setup in a residential-style building. We didn't see the need for a big glass office when a flat works just as well for what we do. It’s a bit more personal this way. You have the kitchen right there for tea and it feels a bit more like a home than a workplace. We have our computers set up and we spend most of our time staring at screens and handling data. The area around Shali Garde is okay, it has everything we need nearby. We don't really have a big staff, just a few of us who know the routine. Some days are busier than others, especially when a lot of projects land at once. We don't bother with fancy titles or complicated hierarchies. Everyone just chips in. It can get a little cramped when we have a lot of files, but we manage to stay organized. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a lobby or a dedicated parking spot. We just want to get the work done right so we can finish on time. It’s a quiet life for the most part. We like that we can just focus without the distractions you get in a big commercial building. We’ve been here long enough that the guards know us and we know the best spots to grab a quick lunch.
