Business Management

We operate out of B-47 in the Aali Extension part of New Delhi. It's a simple setup where we handle various business management tasks for our clients. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees in suits. It’s just a few of us here making sure things run the way they’re supposed to. We spend a lot of time looking at spreadsheets and organizing documents in our folders. The area around Aali Extension is pretty busy and can get loud, but our office stays relatively quiet so we can focus on the numbers. We’ve been at this address for a good while and we've gotten to know the people nearby. Our days are mostly the same: we arrive in the morning, sort through the emails, and tackle whatever projects are on the desk that day. We don't use any fancy management software that's hard to understand or expensive; we just use what works for us and gets the job done. It’s a very practical approach to running a business. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or any of those posters about teamwork. We just want to make sure the work is accurate and finished on time. Most of the time, we’re just quietly getting through our to-do lists and checking things off. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living, and we’re happy with how things are going here in our little office.
