Our office is located at B-13 in the DSIDC Complex. That's in the Patparganj Industrial Area of New Delhi. BUILDO ACE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is what we call ourselves. Being in an industrial area means it’s always busy around here. There are trucks everywhere and people moving crates. We do construction and building supply work mostly. The DSIDC Complex is a big place, so we are just one small part of it. We have a ground floor space which is handy for moving materials in and out. Inside, it's mostly just desks and computers. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking emails. It's a lot of logistics. Sometimes the internet is slow and we all just have to wait around. We aren't some giant company with a glass building. We are just here in Patparganj doing our jobs. Most of us have been working in this field for years. We know how to get things done without making a big deal out of it. The tea guy comes around twice a day and that’s usually the highlight of the afternoon. We focus on our projects and try to keep everything on schedule. It can be stressful when a deadline is coming up, but we manage. We are just a local team working hard in the industrial heart of the city. We don't mind the noise or the grit of the area. It’s just how we earn our living.
