Our spot is at 869, G-1 Block, in Adarsh Enclave Phase-VI, which is part of the Aya Nagar Extension in South Delhi. It’s quite a long address to write down, and sometimes delivery people get lost looking for Khasra No. 232/141. We are right on the edge of the city, which gives it a different feel than the more central parts. The office is part of the buildcom business, and we spend our time here managing whatever comes our way. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here if you are coming from North Delhi, but we like the space we have. The air feels a little bit different in Aya Nagar. The office itself is pretty basic, just the essentials for us to do our jobs. We have some old chairs and a few desks that have seen better days, but they work fine. Most days are spent on the phone or dealing with local site issues. There is always some construction noise nearby because the area is still growing. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team, just us doing the daily grind. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to step outside to get a better signal. It is a very normal, slightly dusty office where we put in our hours and try to keep everything moving forward. It’s just how we do things at Bsvn and we don't mind it.
