Our space is split between the second and third floors over at Regent Square. If you know Karolbagh, you know how packed it gets around Saraswati Mart and Beadonpura. It’s a lot of noise and people moving around all day long. We’ve been operating out of these two floors for some time now. Usually, one floor is for the main work and the other is where we keep most of the stuff or handle the back-end things. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't looking for the sign, but we like being right in the middle of the market. The stairs can be a bit of a workout every morning when we open up. We spend most of our hours here just sorting through orders and talking to folks who come in from the street. Karolbagh has its own rhythm, and we’ve just become part of it over the years. We don't have a big reception or anything like that. It’s just us at our desks, surrounded by files and whatever we are working on that week. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, which is just part of being in this old part of the city. We keep a kettle in the corner for tea because the days can get long when things are busy. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we handle here, and we just take it one day at a time.
