Nb Bricks

Nb Bricks is located out in Kharkhoda, Haryana. It’s a typical setup for this part of the country. We’ve got the kilns and the stacks and a lot of open space for the bricks to dry out in the sun. Working in Haryana means we deal with some pretty extreme weather, from the blistering heat in the summer to the cold winters. We just adjust our schedule and keep moving. Most of the people working here have been doing this for a long time. They know the rhythm of the work. We don't have a website or any of that fancy stuff. Most of our customers are locals or contractors who have known us for years. They just drive their tractors or trucks into the yard and we load them up. It’s a lot of manual labor, and the days are long, but there’s a certain satisfaction in seeing the rows of finished bricks ready to go. We don't try to be anything we're not. We’re just a group of people working hard in the dust of Kharkhoda. Sometimes the supply of clay is a bit tricky, or the trucks break down, but we always find a way to keep going. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s ours. We keep things simple and focus on the day-to-day tasks that keep the business alive. If you’re ever in the area, you’ll see our chimneys from the road. We are usually here from dawn until the light fades.
