Our office is on the first floor of the 53rd House on 41st Street. We’re tucked away in Punjabi Bagh West. It’s a bit of a different setup because the actual brickwork happens elsewhere, but this is where we handle all the talking and the bills. The street can get pretty crowded with cars, so parking is sometimes a bit of a headache. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a long time. It’s a residential-feeling area but we’ve made our space work for the business. There’s a small sign on the door. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, some samples of what we sell, and a lot of old files. We don’t have any fancy receptionists or coffee machines. If you come in, one of us will just look up from our desk and help you out. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with the sites and the drivers. It gets noisy when everyone is talking at once. We’re just regular people trying to keep the supply moving. Punjabi Bagh is a good spot for us to meet clients who don't want to trek out to the kilns. We keep it simple here. No big corporate meetings, just figuring out who needs what and where it needs to go. Sometimes the stairs are a bit steep if you aren't used to them. It is a quiet street usually, except for the delivery bikes passing by.
