Brisk Technologies

Brisk Technologies is based in Office No C/60 on the 2nd floor of the Karbala building on Lodhi Road. Lodhi Road is a pretty well-known part of the city, and being in the Karbala area means there’s a lot of history around us. The building itself is an older one, so it has those thick walls that keep the heat out quite well. We are up on the second floor, and the elevator is a bit temperamental, so most of us just take the stairs for the exercise. Our office is a single large room where we’ve crammed in about six desks. It’s a bit tight when everyone is in at the same time, but we don't mind. We have a lot of books and old hard drives stacked up on the windowsills. There isn't a fancy reception area or any soft lighting. We just have some bright tube lights and a few desktop fans to keep the air moving. From our window, you can see some of the trees lining the road, which is nice during the monsoon. We don't spend much money on fancy furniture; we’d rather just have good computers that work. Lodhi Road gets busy with government traffic, but inside our office, it stays relatively quiet. We’ve been here for a few years and have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s just a plain, functional space where we get our technical work done without any drama or unnecessary distractions.
