We are based out of Valethu House in Thiruvanvandoor, which is near Thiruvalla in the Alappuzha district. It’s a much quieter setting than the big cities. Working for Bright Point India Pvt Ltd from here feels a bit different. You can hear the birds and the rain when it comes down hard, which it often does in Kerala. It’s not a skyscraper or a big glass building. It’s just a practical space where we handle our business tasks. We deal with a lot of coordination and paperwork from this office. Most of us who work here live nearby, so we know the local area like the back of our hands. The pace is a bit more manageable, but there’s still plenty to do every single day. We don't use much fancy equipment, just what we need to stay connected. Sometimes the power goes out during a storm, and we just wait it out. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don’t spend money on marketing or big advertisements. Most people just find us through the address or by word of mouth in the district. It’s a simple setup at Valethu House. We arrive in the morning, do what needs doing, and close up before it gets too late. It’s just a regular part of life for us here in Thiruvanvandoor.
