We’re located in the Mohan Industrial Estate, specifically in B Block at J4. It’s basically a repair factory for Bright Point India Pvt Ltd. Being in an industrial area like this means there’s always noise and people moving things around. New Delhi gets really busy, and this part of Haryana is no different. We spend our time taking things apart and putting them back together. It’s a lot of technical stuff, tools everywhere, and bins full of components. The floor is concrete and we’ve got those big industrial lights that hum a little. It isn’t the kind of place you’d come for a tour, it’s just where the work happens. We get a lot of shipments in and out every week. Sometimes the trucks block the entrance for a bit, but that’s just life in the estate. We don’t really have a front desk or anything fancy like that. If you come by, you’ll probably find someone with their sleeves rolled up working on a circuit board or a casing. It’s dusty work, and the coffee isn’t great, but we get through the pile of repairs eventually. It’s just how we operate. We’ve been in this J4 unit for a long time, and we know all the other shops nearby. We just keep to ourselves and focus on the benches.
