Our office is in the basement of C-1/8 in Safdarjung Development Area, or SDA as most people call it. It is a pretty well-known part of South Delhi. Being in a basement means we are tucked away from the main noise of the street, which is nice for getting work done. We have the usual setup—desks, chairs, a few computers, and lots of folders. Bramh Dev Valuers is what we do, so there is a lot of checking figures and looking at documents. It is a bit cramped sometimes when everyone is in at the same time, but we don't mind. The air conditioning is a lifesaver during the summer months down here. We usually head out to the local market area for a quick break or to get some snacks. SDA has a lot of cafes, but we mostly stick to the small shops for our daily lunch. We aren't a big team, so it is easy to stay on top of what everyone is doing. The entrance is a bit narrow, so you have to be careful coming down the steps. We don't have any flashy signs or posters. We just have our name on a small board near the gate. It is a quiet, professional little spot where we can just focus on the work without too many distractions. Most days are pretty similar, just keeping the records straight and finishing the tasks before the weekend hits.
