We work out of Sunshine Apartment in Mayoor Vihar Phase, New Delhi. It’s at Rameesh T No 22 C. Brain E Solution is basically just a few of us in a converted living space with a lot of computers and cables running everywhere. Being in an apartment means it’s pretty quiet compared to the main roads of Delhi, which is good for focusing on the work. We spend our hours staring at screens and trying to figure out tech problems for people. Sometimes it’s software issues, other times it’s just sorting out data or fixing things that broke. When the power goes out, we have to scramble a bit, but that is just how it is in this city. Our desks are usually covered in coffee mugs and notes written on scraps of paper. We don't have a reception desk or a sign in the lobby. You just come up to the flat and knock. It’s a very informal way to run a business, but it works for us. We know most of the people in the building and say hello in the lift. Lunch is usually something picked up from the local market nearby or ordered in. We aren't trying to be a big corporate firm with fancy titles. We just like solving things and staying busy. If someone calls with a problem, we just get to it as fast as we can. It’s a small operation, but we stay pretty active all week.
