Boom Exports

We've been operating out of No-1470/72 in Gali Sangatrashan for a good while now. If you know Main Paharganj, you know how busy it gets with all the crowds and the narrow lanes. That is where we do all our work, right in the middle of it. Boom Exports isn't a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s mostly just us handling things, packing stuff up, and making sure items get where they need to go. Some days are really loud outside, especially when the market is full, but we just keep at it. We’ve seen the area change over the years, but our spot stays the same. The street is narrow so getting bigger vehicles in can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking lists. It’s not always pretty, and there is often dust from the street coming in, but that’s just how it is here. We try to stay organized, though some days the paperwork piles up faster than we can file it. People walk by all day long, and we know most of the neighbors now. It's a tight space, but we make it work. Most of the time it’s just about getting the shipments out on time and dealing with whatever hurdles the day throws at us in this part of Delhi. We don't have a big reception area, just desks and stock. It's a practical setup for the kind of work we do every day. We usually have a tea break in the afternoon when things settle down just a little bit. It's not a glamorous life, but it's what we know.
