BNB BUILDERS PRIVATE LIMITED has its office in Greater Kailash II, specifically on the third floor of M-56 in the M-Block Market. Mr. Ranjan Gupta is the one who keeps things running around here. If you know South Delhi, you know that M-Block is a pretty famous spot for shopping and eating, so it’s always lively outside our door. Our office isn't exactly a showroom, though. It’s just a practical place where we manage our building projects and handle all the paperwork that goes with them. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a walk up the stairs every day, which keeps us moving, I guess. We aren't really about the corporate polish or having fancy meetings. It’s mostly just us chatting with contractors and making sure we have enough materials for the next phase of a build. The market can get really loud, especially on the weekends, but we’ve gotten used to the noise over the years. We do builders' work and that means we are often out of the office checking on things. When we are here, it’s mostly about planning and making sure we aren't running over budget. There are no big speeches about our vision here. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure everything is built right. It’s a small operation but it keeps us very busy most of the time.
