Our office for BLUE LADDER INFRASTRUCTURE PRIVATE LIMITED is tucked away in Sarai Kale Khan, at T-111 GF near NZD. It is an older area and it is always loud and active, which actually fits the way we work. We handle infrastructure projects, which basically means a lot of heavy lifting and spending time on site. It is not the kind of job where you get to sit in a chair in the AC all day. Most of us are out in the field more than we are actually in the office. The ground floor space at T-111 is mostly where we keep our records and meet up to talk about the schedule for the week. It is a practical space for getting organized, not a showroom. Sometimes the power cuts out or the rain makes the local roads a mess, but that is just part of living and working in Delhi. We do not use big words to describe what we do here. We build stuff. We use concrete and steel and a lot of manual labor. Our crew knows this part of the city well. We have worked around here long enough to know the local suppliers and how to move materials through the smaller lanes. It is a bit of a grind day after day, but we like seeing a project actually get finished. That is about all there is to it for us.
