Blackrock Infracon Private Limited

Our office is on the upper ground floor of the Vandana Building over on Tolstoy Marg. Being in Connaught Place sounds fancy, but it really just means we spend a lot of time looking for parking and dealing with the metro crowds. Blackrock Infracon is a busy place. We’re right in the middle of everything, which is good for meetings but bad for a quiet afternoon. The office has big windows that look out at the traffic, and we spend a lot of time watching the rain or the heat waves while we work on project plans. We deal with infrastructure, so there’s always someone coming in with mud on their shoes from a site visit. We have a small team here. Most of us have been in this line of work since we were young. We don’t have a lot of corporate rules or long meetings about nothing. Usually, we just sit around the main table, talk about what needs to be done, and then go do it. It gets pretty loud when everyone is on their phones at the same time. We keep the kettle going all day because we drink way too much tea. The building itself is an older one, so it has its quirks, like the occasional flickering light or a door that sticks. We don’t mind. It feels like a real place where work actually happens. We’re just regular people trying to build stuff and keep the business running.
