Our office is located at C-4/135 in Yamuna Vihar, which is over in the Shahdara part of North East Delhi. It’s a solid, local neighborhood and we’ve been here in the 110094 zip code for a good while. Bhumani Infratech is what we call ourselves, and we mostly focus on the infrastructure side of things. That means a lot of time spent looking at land, roads, and building plans. The office is pretty basic—just some desks, a few computers, and a lot of maps on the walls. We don’t have a fancy receptionist or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably find one of us drinking tea and going over a set of drawings. Yamuna Vihar is a busy place, and there’s always something happening right outside our door. We try to keep our work simple and avoid all the complicated corporate talk that some other companies use. We’re just local people who know the area well and want to do a decent job on the projects we take on. Sometimes the bureaucracy of getting things approved can be a real pain, but we’ve learned how to navigate it over the years. It’s not always a smooth ride, but we keep showing up and doing the work. If you need to find us, just look for the C-4 block near the main road. We’re usually there from morning until late at night making sure things are on track.
