You can hear the metro trains passing by every few minutes, which is something you just get used to after a while. Our shop is where we build and fix winding machines. It’s a lot of wire, copper, and specialized parts lying around. It’s not the neatest place in the world, but we know where every single screw and tool is located. The Basai Darapur Road is always busy with traffic, so there’s a lot of noise from outside too. We’ve been here in New Moti Nagar for years. It’s a good location because people can find us easily thanks to the metro pillar. We don't have any big corporate goals or mission statements pinned to the wall. We just have a list of things that need to be finished by the end of the week. Most of our day is spent at the workbench.
