Belenus Buildtech Private Limited is located at Flat 444, IV/F in Sector-22. This is in the Dwarka area, specifically Sector-9 in New Delhi. Our office is actually a flat that we have converted into a place to work. It is in South West Delhi, Delhi-110077. Because it used to be a home, it has a bit of a comfortable feel to it. We have the kitchen where we make our tea and coffee. The main room is where all the desks are. We have blueprints and tech equipment scattered all over the place. Buildtech is what we do, so we are always looking at how to combine construction with new methods. The view from the window is just other buildings and the busy streets of Dwarka. We spend a lot of time on our laptops or out at different sites. Belenus Buildtech Private Limited is a small outfit. We don't have a receptionist, so we just answer the door ourselves. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we take the stairs. It is a very practical setup. We have piles of paperwork that we try to keep organized, but it doesn't always work out. We aren't a big, polished company. We are just a group of people trying to do good work and keep our projects on schedule. It is a quiet place to focus most of the time, and we like it that way.
