We are tucked away in Faridabad, specifically in the T. P. H. C. area at 301 22. It’s a bit of a climb to the third floor, but you get used to it after a week or two. Haryana can get incredibly hot in the summer, so our office is usually a bit stuffy until the cooling kicks in. We handle systems and solutions, which basically means we fix things and set stuff up for people who need it. It is not glamorous work. There are usually parts of machines or bits of hardware lying around on the workbenches. We have a small team here. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we don't need to say much to get things done. Faridabad is a tough town, very industrial, and our building fits right in with that vibe. It’s a bit dusty outside because of all the construction and traffic nearby. We don't have fancy coffee machines; we just use the kettle in the corner. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it’s quiet enough to hear the clock ticking. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The space is a bit small for all the equipment we have, but we’ve organized it as best as we can. It’s just a regular place where we try to be useful to the people who call us. We try to finish up by evening so we can beat the traffic home.
