Basic Concept Infra Llp

We are over here at S/481, down in the basement in GK 1. It’s not the biggest place in New Delhi but it works for us. Most days it’s just the sound of laptops and people talking over the phone about materials or transport. We started Basic Concept Infra Llp because we wanted to do things our own way without all the fancy talk you see in big offices. South Delhi can get pretty hectic with the traffic outside, but once you step down into the basement it stays fairly quiet. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and making sure things are moving along. Sometimes the air conditioner acts up when it’s too hot in July, but we manage. People stop by to drop off papers or just to chat about a new project. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. Just a few desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of folders stacked up. It is a simple setup because we spend most of our time out at the sites anyway. Living and working in Delhi means you learn to deal with the chaos. We just focus on the task in front of us. If we aren't here, we’re probably stuck in a jam on the Ring Road. It’s just how it goes for a small outfit like ours. We keep it honest and just try to get the day's work done before the sun goes down.
