Barista Coffee Company

The Barista Coffee Company outlet here is on the first floor of building 1583 in Rishinagar. We are located right in the heart of Kotala Mubarakpur in New Delhi. It’s a very crowded area with lots of shops and people everywhere you look. Being on the first floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is always full of action. We spend our days grinding coffee beans and steaming milk for the people who stop by. The smell of coffee is everywhere in the shop, which is nice. It’s not a very big place, so when it’s busy, it can get a bit loud with everyone talking at once. Our team is just a few people who know how to handle the coffee machines. We don’t have fancy uniforms or anything, just our aprons. Sometimes the power goes out, which is pretty common in Delhi, and we have to wait for the generator to start so we can keep serving. The furniture is a bit old and the tables have some scratches on them, but it’s a comfortable enough spot for a break. We get a lot of locals and people who work in the nearby offices coming in every day. We just focus on making the coffee and keeping the place tidy for the next person.
