We’re located over in Nizamuddin West, at House Number 785 on the second floor. It’s a quiet enough street most of the time, and we’ve been here for a while. We do construction and building work, though we don't make a big deal out of it. Most of our days are spent checking on projects or dealing with the usual city permits. The office is small and filled with folders and old site photos. We like being in this part of Delhi because it has so much history and the people are friendly. We aren’t some massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us who know how to get a building up and running. We started this because we wanted to do things our own way, without all the red tape you get in bigger firms. When you come by, you’ll probably see us drinking tea and looking over some drawings. We don't have a fancy website or a sales team. If you want to talk to us, you just come to the house and walk up to the second floor. Sometimes the bell doesn't work right, so you might have to knock hard. We’re just regular people doing a regular job. We know the local builders and where to get the best materials for a fair price. It’s a simple business, and we like keeping it that way because it feels more personal.
