You can find our office at Plot No. F-137 in Jawahar Park. We are right off Devli Road in the Khanpur area. Security is the kind of business that never really stops, so there’s usually someone here at the desk at all hours. It’s a simple office with some chairs and a lot of logbooks. We spend most of our time coordinating where the staff needs to be and checking in on different sites. It’s not a fancy setup with a lot of high-tech screens; it’s more about the people and making sure they show up on time and do their rounds. The neighborhood around Jawahar Park is busy, so there’s always something happening outside the door. We have a lot of people coming in to talk about schedules or to pick up their uniforms. The phone rings a lot, usually with someone asking about a shift or a gate that won't lock. We just try to keep things organized as best we can. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we take it seriously without making a big fuss about it. We’ve been in this Khanpur location for a while now and we know the streets pretty well. It’s practical work that requires us to stay alert. We don't have much time for polish or presentations, just keeping things handled and making sure the logs are filled out correctly.
