Ayurveda Central Research Institute

This institute is located on Road Number-66 in West Punjabi Bagh. We are quite close to Madhipur Gao and the Lal Quarter area. It’s a place where we spend our days looking into Ayurvedic practices and how they fit into modern life. The building isn't new, but it serves its purpose. We have rooms for research and spaces where we keep our records and samples. Being in Delhi, there is always something going on outside, but inside we try to keep things focused. The staff here has been around for a long time. We aren't a flashy hospital; it's more of a dedicated research spot. We look at plants, herbs, and old texts to see what works. Sometimes it’s slow work, and we spend hours just reading or testing things out in the lab area. The neighborhood around West Punjabi Bagh is busy, but Road Number-66 stays relatively manageable most days. People from the local areas like Lal Quarter sometimes drop by with questions. We do our best to provide information based on what we’ve found in our studies. There are shelves full of jars and books everywhere you look. It’s a bit old-fashioned in some ways, but that’s how we like it. We don't spend money on fancy decor because the research is more important. It’s just a group of people interested in traditional health and making sure we understand it well. Every day is pretty much the same routine. We keep our notes, track our findings, and just keep at the work.
