AVYCON BUILDCON LLP is situated over at A22 in Green Park, specifically on the third floor. Being near the Green Park Metro Station is actually pretty convenient because the traffic in this part of town can be a real headache most afternoons. You can see the people rushing to and from the station while we are up here working on our building and construction plans. The third floor keeps us a little bit away from the street noise, though you can still hear the horns honking every now and then. We have been in the construction game for a bit, and this office serves as our home base for all the paperwork and meetings that come with it. It is not a huge corporate space, just a regular office where we keep our files and sit down to figure out the logistics of different sites. People come in and out, usually talking about materials or timelines. We try to keep things simple and honest. If someone stops by, they usually find us busy with a map or a spreadsheet. The Green Park area is a nice place to be based out of, even if finding parking is a struggle sometimes. We just focus on the build side of things and try to make sure everything we handle is solid. It is a lot of hard work and long days, but we prefer it that way rather than sitting around in a shiny building doing nothing.
