AVVL HOMES LLP

We are located in Gujrawala Town, at B-173. It’s a nice enough spot in North Delhi, and we’ve been running AVVL Homes from here for some time. Dealing with housing and property isn't always easy, but it’s what we know. The office isn't huge, just a regular space where we handle the daily grind. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site plans. Sometimes the traffic in this part of town makes getting to meetings a real headache, but that’s just Delhi for you. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us, working on local projects and trying to make sure things stay on track. Most days, someone is here by nine, and we stay until the work is done. It can get pretty busy, especially when a new project starts up. We deal with all the usual stuff like permits, contractors, and people asking when things will be ready. We try to keep it simple and honest. If a project is delayed, it's usually because of rain or some paperwork holdup. We don't try to hide that. We just focus on getting the job finished eventually. Our neighbors around B-173 are mostly quiet, which helps when we need to concentrate. It’s a practical location for what we do, and we’ve grown to like this neighborhood quite a bit over the years we've been here.
