Our office for Avisha Buildcon Private Limited is located in Gazipur, right in East Delhi. We are based in Flat No -97A, which is a Type-3 Janta Flat in Phase-1. It’s a straightforward place, nothing too fancy, but it serves us well for what we do. East Delhi is quite crowded, and finding your way to our pocket can be a bit of a puzzle if you aren't from around here. We’ve been here long enough that the local tea stall owners know us by name. Most of our day is spent talking to workers or checking on materials. The flat is where we handle all the back-end stuff that keeps the projects moving. It gets a bit cramped when we have all the site supervisors in at once, but we make it work. We don't put much stock in having a polished image. Instead, we focus on the actual building work. The walls are covered with site maps and schedules. Gazipur is a hardworking area, and we try to match that energy every day. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but that’s just life in this part of town. We just keep pushing forward with whatever project is on the desk. People know us as the guys from the Janta Flats who handle construction stuff. It’s a simple setup for a practical business, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
