Avalanche Cafe Llp

Avalanche Cafe Llp is located at B-58 in the Ndmc Housing Society, H-3 area of Vikaspuri. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it’s got a much slower pace than the city center. We aren't a massive chain or anything like that. It’s just a small operation we started to bring some good food and drinks to the local area. We spend a lot of our time in the kitchen or behind the counter. The society is mostly families, so we see a lot of the same faces every day. We don't have a polished corporate handbook or a big PR team. We just make sure the place is clean and the orders go out right. Sometimes we run out of certain ingredients because the supplier didn't show up, and we just have to explain that to the customers. That’s just how it goes sometimes. The seating is simple and we did most of the decorating ourselves. It feels like a real part of the neighborhood. We wanted a place where we could work and be part of the community. Vikaspuri is a nice place to be, even if the parking around the housing society can be a bit of a pain for people visiting from other areas. We’ve put a lot of long hours into this, and we’re usually here from morning until late at night. It’s a humble spot, but it’s ours and we are proud of what we've built here.
